Barclay assisted in the founding and organization of Three Arch Partners. As Administrative Partner, Barclay is responsible for the firm's administrative operations including human resources and information technology. She is also involved in ensuring partnership agreement compliance and with managing the firm's limited partner relations.

Barclay received a BA from the University of Washington.
