Before joining Three Arch Partners Mike was a senior executive at Blue Shield of California, a $4.5 billion health plan. He served Blue Shield as Vice President Business Transformation, Vice President Corporate Development & Strategic Planning, and Regional Chief Executive for Northern California. Prior to his work with Blue Shield, Mike was a healthcare consultant at APM Incorporated (now CSC Healthcare). He began his career in investment banking with Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated. Mike holds a BS in Business Administration from Washington University where he graduated with high honors.
