Stephen Bonelli

Steve came to Three Arch Partners in 2005 with over 20 years of experience as a financial professional, including over ten years as a senior financial executive in the medical technology industry.  Before joining Three Arch Partners, Steve served as the Chief Financial Officer of U-Systems, a breast ultrasound company, Align Technology, a dental technology company which he took public in 2001 and General Surgical Innovations, a Three Arch Partners I medical device company, which he took public in 1996 and which was acquired by Tyco International in 1999. He also held a management position with Ernst & Young. Steve has helped raise over $200 million in private and public financings during his career.

Steve received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
